Raw food, delicious

Chocolate truffles:

6 cups almond/hazelnut
30 pcs of dates (soft -otherwise smooth them up in water)
1 1/2 cup raw cocoa
1 1/2 coconut oil
a little salt (dispensable)Vanilla (vanilla seeds- not vanilla sugar).

- Blend everything

- Shape the dough into small balls, and turn them over in raw cocoa and coconut flakes

- Put them in the fridge...

It all takes approx. half an hour and it adds up to around 40 pieces.
